How the estimate works
Each item carries a planning allowance that includes its share of aisles and circulation. These are common rules of thumb for small-bay industrial and flex space, not measurements of any suite. Your range is the total plus or minus 15 percent. Bring your actual equipment list to the tour and we will check it against the floor plan.
